POSITION: Associate Attorney
COMPANY: The Law Offices of Lakisha Dean, LLC
REPORTING TO: Founder & CEO, Lakisha N. Dean Esquire
STATUS: Full-time Employee; Monday-Friday
SALARY: $75,000-$80,000 annually
LOCATION: Remote/Virtual & up to twice per a week In-Person,US only.
In person court appearances may be required.

Our focus is driven more by a holistic approach of meeting the clients' needs while fighting for the best results possible. We provide legal advice and support to parents who need help overcoming the issues of divorce, custody and parenting time.
Our goal is to provide a level of support necessary to allow parents the ability to show up and be fully present for their families.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This is a full time role that reports directly to the Founder and CEO, Lakisha.
Lakisha Dean is a former prosecutor turned family law attorney in private practice for more than 10 years. She has a personal story of triumph which fuels her passion to be a compassionate legal advocate. She’s one who strives for a holistic solution to the situation, rather than just a legal one. She’s currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey, but has also passed the New York and Pennsylvania bars. The first in her family to complete college, she’s a proud graduate of Columbia University and Temple Law School.
As the founder of a thriving law practice, a wife, and a mother of two wonderful children, she knows the importance her own well-being plays in having a healthy family and successful business. She is certified in Reiki and practices (Hot) Yoga.
We are searching for a tenacious, insightful and passionate Associate Attorney to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of cases. The Associate Attorney’s responsibilities include meeting with clients to ascertain their needs, choosing the most appropriate course of action, and representing clients’ interests at meetings and in court.
