Senior Paralegal
The candidate will support global commercial litigation and pre-litigation matters, including management of legal hold processes, e-discovery, subpoena responses, associated systems, etc. Research, identify, and review relevant case law, legislative and/or regulatory requirements and communicate guidance to both internal and external partners. Handle bankruptcy claims and filings, and confer with Workday's bankruptcy finance team. Assist the attorneys on a variety of issues, including commercial, IP, privacy, data protection, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance matters. Support outside counsel engagement and ensure efficient usage in accordance with internal policies. Maintain comprehensive case files and prepare reports to advise internal clients of anticipated exposure. Track status and manage results for cross-functional projects. Manage and update forms and process documentation for team initiatives. Perform special projects as assigned or requested.
