The candidate should have significant experience in employment litigation, employment counseling, alternative dispute resolution and traditional labor law. Candidates with no traditional labor law experience will still be considered, but such candidates should indicate a willingness to learn the skills to practice in the traditional labor law field. Should have 4-6 years of experience practicing employment law, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, conducting depositions, oral argument, drafting and reviewing contracts, and negotiating settlements. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. Current active bar admission in Virginia is required.
