Senior Corporate Counsel (Technology, Transaction, & Privacy Team)
Duties: Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and financing contracts involving SaaS/cloud services, hardware and software in compliance with the company’s policies and risk tolerance. Act as legal team lead in financing transactions between customers and Networks Finance Services. UCC filings as necessary related to the same. Draft, review and negotiate data protection, information security and other agreements as necessary. Respond promptly and effectively to legal requests from sales, business development, operations, senior management, and other internal clients, and advise on recommended courses of action and legal risks. Provide legal advice and recommendations, including identifying processes, legal requirements, registrations, and procedures. Support continuous improvement of standard form agreements, policies and legal processes related to commercial transactions. Handle special projects as requested.
