Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediation. Will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. Also, have the opportunity to counsel clients through day-to-day workplace and related challenges. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to support clients and fellow team members.
