Legal Recruiter

The candidate will be required to provide a professional and positive impression of our organization while recruiting Attorney level professionals. Will interact closely with Attorneys to build relationships and manage the entire life cycle of the attorney recruitment process with an emphasis to fill immediate and future attorney hiring needs. Identify attorney recruitment needs Firm-wide. Manage candidate information through our ATS, conduct screenings (by phone and in person) and determine fit. Identify and develop the most effective strategies to place qualified attorneys. Schedule interviews with CEO and/or existing Attorneys. Promote the Firm's brand in a positive and professional manner.
