Description

The Lead, Cloud Services Management enables cloud to provide optimal performance, continuity and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments. The Lead, Cloud Services Management works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead, Cloud Services Management utilizes software that manages and monitors networks, systems and applications not only to guarantee performance to cloud software environments but also to better orchestrate and automate provisioning of resources. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, The ideal candidate should have breadth and depth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of cloud solutions, a strong networking background, and a team first attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead Level 3 enterprise Cloud infrastructure projects

Level 3 support for Cloud infrastructure issues

Support Azure Server migrations

Azure IaaS standards and directions

Azure access standards

Azure automation

Azure Server builds

Develop documentation for cloud migrations

Create and maintain team standards and strategy for cloud projects

Work with other teams on cloud initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

5 years of Cloud experience ( Azure or AWS)

5 years of experience with Windows system administration, integration, or development

Cloud professional/expert or associate level certification (Azure Cloud preferred)

Knowledge of enterprise solutions and architectures, e.g. cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, clustering, and high availability.

Scripting - PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform

Technical knowledge and experience with a large Windows environment

Container Optimization (Turbonomics)

Container Support (AKS/GKS)

CI/CD Pipeline

GLAPI

Role Desirables

Microsoft Certificates, VMware VCP, Azure or AWS certification

Additional Information

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
