Attorney with 6 years of substantial experience working on the real estate aspects of complex corporate M&A transactions (including real estate-related due diligence and real estate transactions as part of corporate M&A). The ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and loan documents for a broad range of asset classes (such as hotels, multifamily, industrial and vacant development sites), as well as considerable experience drafting and negotiating leases. Excellent academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. This position can be located in any Akerman office (including, but not limited to, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville) or be remote. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed.
