A law firm in New York City, NY, is looking for a Mid-level Global Investigations Associate Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in investigations and government enforcement actions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and relevant academic credentials. While FCPA and FCA experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. The candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar, and proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is a plus. Some travel may be required.

Duties:

• Assist in conducting global investigations related to various legal matters.
• Collaborate with the legal team to collect and analyze evidence.
• Draft legal documents, including reports and memos.
• Provide legal support during government enforcement actions.
• Work on compliance issues and risk management.
• Communicate with clients, both written and verbally, on case developments.
• Assist with case strategy development.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of legal experience.
• Experience with investigations and government enforcement actions.
