Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will provide legal support for Firm’s project acquisitions function with a strong focus on acquisition documentation and diligence, as well as commercial contracts. Will manage outside counsel and drive internal processes surrounding the acquisition, development and construction of solar and storage projects. All legal aspects for the acquisition of solar and storage projects, including membership interest purchase agreements for a single asset or a portfolio of projects. Post-acquisition legal support for development, construction, and financing process. Contributes to the development and improvement of contract templates and internal deal processes. Role can be expanded to supports the development of projects through the engineering, procurement, construction and financing phases, including contractor agreements and other commercial contracts.
