The Product Strategy Lead for Digital Health & Analytics will work collaboratively within DH&A and across the enterprise to identify new products and experiences that will drive business outcomes. This role requires strategic and critical thinking, strong problem solving skills, comfort working in ambiguity without an established playbook, effective communication, and a can do attitude.

To support this vision, the Product Strategy Lead for DH&A's Product & Experience organization will work fluidly across the DH&A Organization and the enterprise to develop and implement product strategy in partnership with the various lines of business. The success of new cutting-edge digital products and experiences will have a substantial impact to the company, and will significantly change the way we deliver care as a company. These types of products, if aligned with the right cohesive strategy can enable Humana to become a game changer within the healthcare industry. Success in this role hinges on strong partnerships with Humana's Line of Business, Engineering, Experience Center and Analytics leaders, strong domain knowledge, and a deep understanding of customers' needs and rapidly evolving expectations.

Responsibilities:

Works within broad objectives/goals; applies knowledge to create strategies that have long-term impact on the company

Collaborates with business operators across DH&A and the enterprise to connect products and experiences

Executes strategic product plans and roadmap that align with business strategy

Works with senior leadership to understand business problems, and identifies product solutions

Leads multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce product recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis

Required Qualifications

7 or more years of experience in combined strategic development, digital health, and product management/strategy experience

3 or more years of experience in leading cross-functional teams with influence

Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic plans

Demonstrated success leading initiatives that cross multiple business areas

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be comfortable working in ambiguity where there isn't an established playbook

Must possess a positive and can do attitude

Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Must be collaborative

Must be able to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

Digital health or consulting background

Preferred locations office based in Chicago, Louisville, Boston or D.C., but willing to entertain WAH anywhere U.S.
