The Baker is responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods as scheduled and requested each day. Duties of this position include, following recipes to create quality products and maintaining cleanliness of the equipment. The ideal candidate for this position must have experience using a vast array of kitchen tools to produce quality baked items and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. A high school diploma is required and knowledge and experience in a retail baking environment is preferred. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
