Description

Humana's Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) organization is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analysis Professional 2 to join the team working remote anywhere is the US.

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis and documentation of requirement testing gaps through ongoing collaboration with user acceptance test teams, Product Owners and Business stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include:

Create and obtain test data for each release that requires user acceptance testing support

Formulate and define systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements

Devise or modify procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results

Validate acceptance criteria within user stories in Azure to ensure testing impacts are explicitly written Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3-5 or more years of testing and/or Business Analyst experience

Proficiency in interpreting test requirements

Experience in problem analysis and process

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communication and liaison skills for cross-functional collaboration

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Business Analyst or PMP certification

Microsoft, SAFe or SCRUM Agile Certifications

Genesys or Omni-channel platform testing knowledge

Experienced with qTest, Jira and/or Azure

Additional Information

**Support of overnight release turns may be required
