Litigation Paralegal
The candidate' will be responsible for assisting in the representation of the plaintiff in all Law Offices personal injury matters that are transitioning into litigation. Duties include all aspects of the case including critical analysis of the case as a whole, drafting and filing pleadings with the court, tracking and meeting deadlines, scheduling depositions, meaningful client interaction including medical support, and attending and supporting the attorney during trial. Previous personal injury litigation is preferred. Experience in court during a trial is also a plus.
