Commercial Finance Associate
The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the drafting and negotiation of transactions for banks, direct lenders, and private funds including loan, syndication, and agency documentation. Should be able to draft and negotiate commercial finance documents and understand the various diligence and customary ancillary and closing aspects of typically secured lending transactions under the UCC, and further be able to work directly with sophisticated clients and other counsel. Experience with special purpose vehicles, equity instruments, and alternative asset classes (technology, cryptocurrency, and fintech) would be especially helpful.
