The Learning Content Management System (LCMS) owner is responsible for the implementation and running of the LCMS, partnering with the Enterprise Talent development team to provide support to Learning Teams throughout Humana as they share, manage, design, and deliver content through the system. This individual will ensure stability and connectivity of the platform within the HR ecosystem and continue to enhance and optimize the system to support the needs of Humana's Learning Community of Practice and a great associate experience.
Responsibilities
As Humana begins the process of implementing our first Learning Content Management System (LCMS) to provide orchestration capabilities for the 36 teams in our decentralized learning function and also to provide an enhanced eLearning creation and delivery channel, we are seeking a great candidate to help us meet our organizational goals.
This position will have ownership of the LCMS beginning with the technical design and implementation through adoption and stabilization with the Learning Community of Practice (Humana's decentralized collection of learning teams). Throughout the lifecycle of the system, it will continue to evolve and mature to meet the growing needs of the enterprise and drive a great associate experience. This individual will help to identify opportunities and challenges to continue to enhance the system to support our growing needs.
The development of strong partnerships with HR's Enterprise Talent team, the Learning Community of Practice, peer owners of the Learning Management System, and the IT teams responsible for integrations will be critical to the overall success. Partnerships include deeply understanding the associate experience directly from learners as well as from learning professionals and proposing systematic and process solutions to help provide a great experience.
The individual in this position will also support the learning teams as they leverage the LCMS and possible learner support for issues that arise and can't be resolved by learning team administrators. Overall ownership of the system will include not only primary administration and enhancement of the system, but also serving as the primary connection point with the vendor and the IT teams supporting and connection of the LCMS to other Humana systems.
While working in a complex environment of multiple needs, requests, and requirements, the individual in this position will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to the work, ensuring that it provides a stable, robust, and beneficial associate experience.
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of experience administering a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and/or a Learning Management System (LMS) for an enterprise
Experience building strategic partnerships with vendors, IT, and learning/business teams
Experience continuously improving cloud-based applications to meet the needs of the business
Enthusiastic product ownership and a desire to work to achieve strategic and tactical goals including implementation of the LCMS with high accountability and limited oversight
Passionate focus on meeting internal customer needs and continuously improving the LCMS to provide a great associate experience
Preferred Qualifications
Led the implementation of an LCMS or LMS
Experience developing curriculum content, eLearning programs, and/or virtual learning solutions
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in agile ways of working( SAFe, SCRUM)
