The candidate will provide hands-on advice in the following practice areas for the Company, among others: Construction contracts, including the AIA and ConsensusDocs families of documents; Establishment of strategic alliances and joint ventures with teaming partners; Insurance and bonding for construction projects; Claims preparation; Selection and management of outside counsel; Dispute resolution, including litigation, mediation and arbitration.
