\u003cli\u003eIdentify new partnership opportunities in line with current trends and future market shifts\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRaise revenue from new donors by developing and implementing engagement strategies to engage prospects identified by the SFP research team.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop donor outreach strategies collaboratively with program teams, with a special focus on emerging priorities such as Climate Change and Gender Equity.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStay informed of new trends in foundation giving to identify innovative ways to partner across existing and new partners/donors.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStewardship of new donors, as needed (20%)\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure newly acquired donors are kept up to date on Save the Children\u0026rsquo;s work to maintain a strong engagement.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide quality management of new grants through accurate reporting and follow up on donor requirements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify opportunities to expand the partnership through continuous engagement with key donor staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSupport the research team in identifying relevant offerings for new prospects (30%):\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with business teams to identify programs across priority thematic areas to align with prospects identified by the research team.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate a network of colleagues across the movement to stay abreast of potential offerings outside SCUS.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate a network of contacts within regional offices to stay abreast of unique offerings on the country and regional levels.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eProfessional level of technical or managerial knowledge, skills, and experience to manage the operational activities of a unit or team, or provide the technical and management support related to various size programs, grants or projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated knowledge in partnership development best practices across non-profit and private sectors.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProven success in developing and presenting proposals for funding.\u003c/li\u003e
