Legal Counsel

The candidate will be researching, analyzing and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes and regulations. Identifying, monitoring and addressing issues of a legal risk. Structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents. Representing/advocating for an organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation or other disputes with courts, government agencies or other legal authorities. Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Should have 5+ years of experience in the large corporation; in-house. Good understanding of economic relationships. The automotive industry is preferred. Skilled in working cross-culturally and internationally. First-class written and verbal skills.
