Senior Associate General Counsel

The candidate will provide a full range of legal advice to the firm’s southern region supporting its care delivery businesses and contracted provider networks. Will advise business partners on strategic initiatives, and corporate matters, and assist businesses in developing measures to improve governance, integration, and implementation. Led legal operations for owned care delivery businesses and contracted network clinical operations located in Florida. Support business teams with contract negotiations, including employment, vendor, and value-based reimbursement arrangements and delegation agreements; support contract implementation and ongoing operational compliance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution. Serve as a strategic advisor to business teams and enterprise colleagues on the impact and response to proposed and new rules, regulations, and legislation. Work in partnership with business teams, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, Litigation, and Employment as well as other key stakeholders to identify and reduce known and potential.
