The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Computer Science and/or software background is strongly preferred. Graduate-level experience or an advanced technical degree is a plus. Experience writing patent applications or office actions is strongly preferred. Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus. Admission to the USPTO is a plus. Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and the Firm needs change.
