As a Service Delivery Analyst at Deloitte, you will have the opportunity to address our clients' needs to manage regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, litigations, disputes, financial crime, and other i nvestigation-r elated matters (excluding the practice of law). You will anticipate emerging threats through the use of market-leading technology to uncover possibilities that others may fail to find, and ultimately help clients turn business issues into successful opportunities.

Work you'll do

Deloitte's managed review team assists organizations and their legal counsel by helping to improve the overall document review process. Our focus is on streamlining the review, improving accuracy, and creating cost savings through leading practices and workflows such as data culling, the use of predictive coding and other analytics, and providing real-time reporting.

In addition, as part of a managed review, our experienced team of professionals can provide consultative support to outside counsel regarding quality control workflows, privilege logs, and document chronologies and synopses.

Our Service Delivery Analysts deliver managed review services to world class clients. Responsibiliti es may include compiling, analyzing, documenting, and designing the scope of work for various matters including litigation, i nvestigations, regulatory compliance, and contract lifecycle management. Analysts balance multiple projects and responsibiliti es, communicate engagement status to senior level team-members, and perform other tasks necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Required: * Bachelors' degree, JD required * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assig nments/ responsibiliti es in a fast-paced environment * Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sec tors you serve * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred:

Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.2 or above) * Knowledge of electronic discovery software including Relativity, Brainspace, HPeD/Introspec t, Consilio, etc. * Technical experience in Litigation/Dis covery * Ability to analyze legal documentation from a litigation perspective * Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Jersey City, Colorado, or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City, State of Colorado, and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $70,000.
