Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Cloud computing, intellectual property and data protection issues. Experience in assessing and identifying legal sufficiencies as a procurement activity. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead a team. PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Lexis or Westlaw. Insurance industry experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Familiarity with the Office 365 suite of applications.
