JD required; Required Experience and Skills: 3 or more years of relevant experience in investigations and/or labor and employment litigation in a government, law firm, or corporate setting; Should have Experience with witness interviews and/or depositions. Team-oriented and have ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Solution-oriented approach to legal issues. Maintain up-to-date understanding of litigation/investigations and the law applicable to same. Experience managing a significant workload, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment. Experience working in or representing clients in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in Spanish considered a plus.
