Job Description

DUTIES: Contribute to the team responsible for supporting processes for Network, Enterprise Applications, and Enterprise Residential and Commercial Services teams using the ServiceNow platform; build Java scripts using algorithms and data structures; develop and maintain software tools, applications, and services that support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform; work with Database Management Systems (DBMS); use SQL; configure the IOP Platform using HTML, CSS, and web technologies; develop scripts to maintain the CMDB; follow system audit practices; insert, update and delete Configuration Item (CI) data into ServiceNow; reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted through incidents; support design, development and implementation of automation processes for CMDB data; perform User Access Testing (UAT); and work with customers, Systems Engineering and Service Delivery teams to establish business requirements for CMDB.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, any Engineering, or any related technical field; and two (2) years of experience building Java scripts using algorithms and data structures; develop the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform; work with Database Management Systems (DBMS); and use SQL, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
