IT Manager Information Security GRC

Profile

Summary: This position is responsible for developing and managing an effective IT security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program for AutoZone. The IT Security GRC Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the organization's IT security program is aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Responsibilities: ·       Manage and lead a team of IT AutoZoners that includes assigning/monitoring work, providing feedback,      coaching and development, counseling, and salary administration ·       Manages and tracks the progress of multiple projects.  Performs project management and administration   that include work plans, resource planning and control, writing status reports, and preparing annual             budgets ·       Communicates status of activities with teams, peers, management, and business partners ·     Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate risks to the organization's information systems and technology infrastructure ·       Collaborate with other departments within the organization such as Legal, Compliance and Audit, to ensure that the IT security GRC program is aligned with their objectives and priorities               ·       Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, customers, and regulators, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices               ·       Selects, develops, and motivates assigned staff Requirements: ·       Seven to ten years of security and / or cyber risk management experience in a large enterprise environment ·       People leadership/supervisory skills ·       Problem solving and analytical skills ·       Presentation, facilitation and writing skills ·       Export project management – estimating, planning, controlling, and execution ·   Advanced knowledge of privacy (CPRA, GDPR, LGPD) and other industry standards and regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, SOX) ·       Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field ·       Preferred:  Security credentials such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM,qualifications:UNAVAILABLE,responsibilities:UNAVAILABLE
