Profile

Seeking Real Estate / Finance Associates with 4-6 years of experience. Candidate should have experience in commercial real estate with a focus on leasing, conveyancing and bank side lending including drafting loan documents. Experience with structured finance/capital markets and general corporate matters is considered a plus. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required. Must be self-starters, have the desire to grow in responsibility and ultimately manage transactions, have experience working as a member of a team on complex deals and be willing to work out of offices in Stamford, New York and occasionally Hartford as needs dictate.
