The candidate should have a strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school. Should have 4-7 years of experience. Experience in real estate transactions and construction contracts is needed. Experience with negotiating and drafting complex construction contracts under multiple project delivery systems is a plus. Familiarity with procurement and service agreements and remediation service agreements are needed. Am Law 100 experience. Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Texas. Should have the ability to take the lead on deals and interface with clients. Exceptional project management skills are needed. Should have the ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
