The candidate will be preparing engagement letters, waiver letters, opening new clients, communicating with clients, managing multiple Outlook calendars, scheduling client and internal meetings, answering phones, making travel arrangements, assisting with billing, handling expense reimbursements and other administrative projects. Should have 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
