The candidate will perform corporate Secretarial responsibilities (Minute books, resolutions, corporate (i.e. exchange) & commercial (i.e. lease memos/easement) filings, Contract review, negotiation, and administration (Leases, PPAs, EPC, subcontracts, financing, M&A), Litigation, External counsel co-ordination, and Title and lien search co-ordination. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Renewable industry experience. Understanding of contract law in the United States. Knowledge in the areas of construction, financing (incl. tax equity), and M&A beneficial. Experience in renewables and familiarity with NERC and FERC is a plus.
