Account Representative

Profile

Negotiates settlement of accounts through obtaining a payment in full, partial settlement, or providing alternate payment plans. Determines the likelihood of payment and the most appropriate course of action.

Incentive compensation is based on individual performance (commissions are based on monthly collections).

Experienced candidates are expected to learn ICS's collection techniques and computer system (FACS), as well as to inject new ideas into the organization.

Inexperienced candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a motivation to succeed. A high school diploma and at least one year of prior work experience is generally required.
