Business & Securities Litigation Associate

The candidate should have 2-4 years of prior litigation experience and should possess advanced technical proficiency including MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Prior experience with highly technical matters involving expert witnesses, trade secrets, and forensic computer analysis is a plus. A strong understanding of the eDiscovery process, prior management of document review teams, and proficiency in Relativity are preferred. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are also required. Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship or were on Law Review will be strongly considered.
