You will need to live within commuting distance to a major Stryker office location. You will need to be in the office approximately 1-2 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.

What you will do:

As the Lead Analyst, you will be a core member of the GQO (Global Quality Organization)Finance Reporting team. In this role, you will help to lead process around, consolidate, report, and analyze GQO financials, including monthly financial results, projections, budget, and annual standard cost setting.

Assist in the consolidation, analysis and validation of Month End GQO Financial Information – for the P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Headcount

Assist in leading the GQO wide projection process, specifically responsible for consolidation, analysis and reporting of financials to leadership

Streamlining of month end reporting processes

Enhance and develop manufacturing reporting analytics that enable GQO leadership to analyze the 40 Manufacturing Sites in a consistent/streamlined fashion

Assist in Business Unit Finance Support Activities for the GQO Headquarters entity

Assist in the process ownership of the annual Standard Cost Setting Process

Assist in the process ownership of the GQO Budget – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Headcount

Ownership of the consolidation, analysis and reporting of Quarter End and Year End Financial Packages

Presentation of key financial information to GQO Finance leadership

Develop ad hoc reporting analytics as required

All other duties as assigned

What you need:

Bachelor's degree required

4 years relevant experience OR 3 years of FAR experience

Advanced excel skills

Strong Presentation skills
