Identity System Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, operations, maintenance, and improvement of all communications systems including Active Directory, Teams, email, SPAM management, and related systems. Participate on all IT related projects and provide cost effective solutions which meet the firm's needs. Administrate Azure/On-Prem Active Directory, Teams, Exchange Online, and Office 365. Work in conjunction with the Security Team to ensure client specific needs and system requirements are met. Develop and document identity related systems and services. Handle system upgrades and regular maintenance. Monitor all communication systems and applications in the production environment to ensure optimum system performance and availability. Design, develop and deliver training for support and Service Desk staff to ensure proper maintenance for all supported services. Provide guidance for security best practices as they relate to supported systems. Solve escalated problems from the Service Desk or other staff members. Serve as a point of contact and liaison with vendors. Review vendor products/services and coordinate presentations. Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Analyze and assess complex situations and determine cost-effective solutions. Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Perform other related duties as assigned.
