Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor - Gallatin, TN','327810','!*!Weâ€™re looking for aÂ Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor to be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Service Consultants.Â Duties include; directing the daily activities of their staff, call monitoring, coaching, training, responding to business impacting issues, and answering questions to ensure a high quality customer experience for Gap Inc. Direct online customers.Â The Seasonal Supervisor is expected to achieve results through exceptional decision quality and problem solving, an extraordinary customer focus, and the development of a team focused on the customer.Â Provide supervision to a team consisting of 20 â€“ 30 employeesHandle escalated customer issues timely and with a sense of urgency.Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, attendance policy, payment card industry standards, etc.).Identify and report critical/reoccurring customer service issues to Leadership.Â Â Ensure complete communication of issues impacting customer service--up, down, and across the business.Collaborate with business partners to solve problems, manage employee concerns, and improve process; both locally, cross-site, and cross-department.Foster an environment that motivates high performance, develops frontline staff to full potential,Â and recognizes and rewards excellence.Â ','!*!Bachelorâ€™s degree preferred or equivalent experiencePreferredÂ 3-5 years customer service experiencePreferred 1-3 years of supervisory experienceMinimum of 1 year Call Center experienceDemonstrated ability to motivate and develop employees.Must possess a passion for customers and a commitment to quality.Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.Technical aptitude; comfortable navigating order systems and an experienced user of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Access or other software/database programs.Knowledge of call center software applications, industry metrics and call management routing systems.Competencies:Change LeadershipLearning AgilityDrives ResultsEmpowerment
