Candidates can be based out of our Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, UT office. We have multiple openings-- candidates will be considered for an Analyst or Consultant level, depending on experience. Your Impact as a Health Solutions Analyst - Health & Benefits Job Responsibilities:Conducts and leads client meetings, monitors and executes deliverablesAbility to work independentlySupports Account Executive growth goals by identifying revenue opportunities where appropriateWorks with other client team members to deliver on projectsPartner with the actuarial team to prepare and deliver financial analysisPartner with the broking team to prepare and deliver marketing analysisVendor managementPlan document reviewStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrong compliance knowledgeAbility to develop and maintain carrier relationshipsKnowledge of market trendsBaseline understanding of self fundingAbility to articulate recommendations to clients, and work with them in a consultative mannerResolves client issues at appropriate levels and leverages other team members when neededActs with professionalism and integrityAbility to act as a mentor to other peersPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Two plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industryStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple projects at one timeStrong analytical abilityAdvanced level proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong solid understanding of benefits and services offered and value to clientsFinancial competencyStrong presentation skillsEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.License or Certificate Requirement: Appropriate Insurance License/Life and Health. We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; medical, dental and vision insurance, various types of leaves of absence, paid time off, including sick days and vacation days, short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance; optional personal insurance policies, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is an estimate, based on a primary work location of [State/Region]. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
