Strategy Consultant

The candidate will work closely with key business leaders and department chiefs (e.g., CFO, CHRO, CIO, etc.) across the firm in the development of strategic recommendations and executing projects associated with the firm's strategy. Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Perform financial analysis and Excel modeling. Provide principal-level strategic consulting in support of driving advice and planning adoption. Analyze internal data to identify development strategies, process improvements, organizational weaknesses or other critical business decisions and subsequently formulates solutions to address them. Proactively take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to continuously improve the firm's performance. Take lead on project management facets including planning, scope definition, execution and delivery. Build relationships and establish trust with team members and relevant stakeholders.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and in pursuit of an MBA and 2-5 years of consultant experience in strategy, performance improvement or organizational change. Ability to think clearly, react positively and evaluate situations to determine appropriate action and act decisively under pressure. Comfortable interacting with executive management (e.g., Managing Partner, Chairman, etc.). Ability to build collaborative relationships. Strong analytics, planning and organizational skills.
