Responsibilities: Perform administrative assistant duties including; direct and respond to telephone, fax, mail and e-mail communications, schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, arrange group sessions and training when needed, and coordinate customer and guest visits. Conduct independent research, perform document analysis, prepare legal documents, correspondences, memoranda, e-mails, and meeting notices, organize, manage and retain document files in accordance with secure and confidential requirements. Manage department budget expenditures and reconciliation. Act as liaison between executive office and individuals across the organization as well as a variety of external contacts including; customers, outside legal firms, and other organizations.
