The Telecom Programmer reports to the Manager –Telecom Customer Service and is responsible for programming changes and administration of the end user devices, VOIP applications and voice mail administration as well as the interface to the customer for design, engineering and order processing requests. The position interfaces with end users to provide timely solutions for business and communications problems. Acts as point of contact for all telecommunications inquiries from clients, internal staff, and vendors. The position will act as the liaison between the customer, project management team and operations/technician team for day to day activities, providing a high level of customer service. During project implementations, will be responsible for performing station reviews and training.
High School diploma/GED
Two years or more in programming telecommunications services and customer interfacing positions such as Help Desk or other call center type positions.
