Prior experience should include knowledge and familiarity with business-related contracts and transactions, including areas such as: Joint Venture Agreements; Partnership Agreements; Shareholder Agreements; Buy/Sell Agreements; Bank Finance and Loan Agreements; Construction Contracts; Employment Contracts; Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreements; Software and Technology Licenses; Management Agreements; Mergers and Acquisitions. Must have outstanding academic credentials and 8 years of practice, including meaningful training and experience from a Big Law firm or equivalent training from the legal department of a respected corporation. Law review and judicial clerkship is a plus.
