Transaction Advisory (M&A) Tax | Senior Manager / Director

The candidate will be advising clients on enhancing tax opportunities and managing risk associated with mergers and acquisitions. Will be analyzing tax risks of target companies using tax returns, accounting information, and interviews with management. Preparing and analyzing reports correlating tax diligence and tax structuring findings with client valuations. Identifying issues affecting purchase price, deal structure, or deal termination. Reading and advising clients with respect to purchasing agreements. Recommending post-acquisition actions to achieve tax efficiency and minimize tax risks. Working closely with executives, investment bankers, private equity and corporate clients, attorneys, or other stakeholders. Working alongside other FIRMS team members to exceed client expectations.
