Client Account Manager (Legal Billing)
The candidate will manage the client matter set up, billing and collection arrangements and inventory management for assigned attorney and client portfolios. Develop strong collaborative relationships with attorneys and staff throughout the full cycle of client invoicing and collections. Analyze inventory statistics, prepare supporting documentation, and makes recommendations based on business strategies. Responsible for matter management, including rate structure, time and value accuracy, disbursement tracking and client matter budget monitoring. Responsible for on-account billing, unapplied fund resolution and client trust accounting. Ensure client service excellence in all areas of the position. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business discipline is preferred. Should preferably have 3+ years dedicated specialized billing, collection or account management experience. Law Firm or professional services background with international exposure is preferred.
