Spring Internship
The interns are placed throughout the District Attorney's Office in different units. Each student is assigned to a supervising DDA but will receive work from all DDAs to which they are assigned. Students must rank in the top half of their class and have completed Criminal Law, Civil Procedure and Evidence prior to the internship. Intern duties include: legal research, interviewing witnesses, pre-trial motions, correspondence, observing court proceedings, observing plea bargains, appellate briefs, trial practice, and argue motions. 2Ls will be considered.
