Legal Assistant - Tax, Trusts, and Estates

Duties: Provide support to a combination of several timekeepers which may include partners, associates and paralegals. Perform document production, including creating, revising and editing documents, and finalizing format and style in compliance with appropriate requirements. Prepare documents for mailing, scanning, and faxing. Manage files and client contact databases. Assist with reviewing daily docket and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals on upcoming dates and deadlines. Assist timekeepers with time entries. Work with document management and document assembly programs. Support other team members as needed. May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above.
