Duties: Assist with drafting of necessary documentation relating to client needs, including initial and revised drafts of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and other documentation using forms and attorney direction. Act as liaison between attorney and client, facilitating communication and transmittal of the necessary information. Coordinate signatures for the execution of estate planning documents. Prepare asset transfer documentation and recommendations. Prepare documentation related to irrevocable trusts, including documentation to change trustees, apply for EINs, and provide instructions. Track and prepare annual irrevocable trust documentation. Maintain group forms for technical updates.
