Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in financial restructuring matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
• Assist in preparing legal documents, including motions, briefs, and client memoranda.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys advising debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 cases.
• Conduct legal research on restructuring-related matters and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Participate in negotiations with creditors, investors, and other parties involved in restructuring processes.
• Attend court hearings and mediations, representing clients in various proceedings.
• Stay informed of changes in bankruptcy law and financial regulations that impact restructuring practices.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on navigating complex financial issues and litigation risks.
• Work closely with other practice areas, including corporate, litigation, and tax, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in financial restructuring, bankruptcy, or insolvency matters.
• Strong understanding of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
• Experience representing clients in complex financial litigation and restructuring negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
