Description

The Lead Genesys Lead Engineer will be implementing Genesys IVR systems (Soft phones, call routing and queing) on a cloud platform. This role will be expected to work with Agile Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Contact Center platform configuration, development, customization, integration, and technical documentation

Designs and develops solutions using Genesys PureCloud platform

Work with business analyst and technical leads to develop customer experience center platform requirements

Responsible for development, tests/debug programs, and maintains/supports deployed interfaces

Adhere development practices and coding principles

Perform Proof of concepts as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 3 years of coding/development experience in Contact center platforms

Strong 'Hands-on' Experience as a Developer involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys PureCloud platform

Hands-on experience in Genesys PureCloud platform and its capabilities including (but not limited to) Genesys Workforce Optimization (WFO), Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Queuing/Routing, Call Flow, Conversational flows using Genesys PureCloud Architect

Strong programming experience with implementing API/Web Services

Strong programming skills

Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and MongoDB will be considered a plus

Experience integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics)

Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic

Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Genesys Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.
