Description
The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Strategy Advancement Advisor for Specialty Growth leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. In addition, the Strategy Advancement Advisor for Specialty Growth will:
Provide thought leadership and orchestrate execution of the Specialty Go To Market Strategy
Identify top quarterly priorities and translate into quarterly Objective and Key Result Metrics
Drive collaboration with aligned partners, including Specialty Sales, Product, Network and Marketing, to establish priority Specialty GTM Objectives and Key Results, monitor and report progress, mitigate risks, lead solution execution when barriers arise and ultimately, deliver targeted outcomes.
Facilitate the ongoing operating cadence between Specialty and Sales Leadership
Coordinate with Specialty Group Practice Leader to develop an agenda inclusive of highest priority and most urgent topics
Confirm guest presenters and distribute pre-read materials
Monitor progress of the Specialty Go To Market Business Planning Priority Tactics
Advise the Specialty Group Practice Leader and coordinate adhoc deep-dive discussions with Subject Matter Experts to advance the Specialty GTM plan
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
