Profile

Cardinal Intellectual Property is seeking an administrator to help perform a variety of tasks within the Operations department. This position entails the management of dockets focusing on docketing of cases and timely submission of search results to our clients.  The position also provides support to search teams and project managers.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Oversee caseloads
  • Formality review of cases
  • Managing deadlines of cases
  • Invoice creation

Required Skills and Abilities:
 

  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent reading comprehension

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-1 years of administrative experience
