Senior Director, Leadership Programs and Communications
The candidate will create internal programs and events that inform leaders and colleagues about the company’s strategic business priorities, cultural initiatives, and large-scale change. Will work closely with the Global Head of Employee Communications and Engagement on signature programs, special projects, and high-profile communications as needed, with a particular focus on enterprise transformation communications. Lead enterprise events, including a regular cadence of employee all-staff meetings, high-touch executive forums, and ad hoc organization-wide events. Develop thoughtful events and communications campaigns designed to educate employees about the firm’s purpose, strategy, and leadership principles. Lead communications for internal programs that drive a deep connection to the firm’s purpose, strategy, and culture. Work closely with colleagues across the Communications organization, particularly business and regional leads, to ensure message alignment and to generate agenda and content ideas. Produce internal events, including monthly broadcasts, quarterly all-staff meetings, and other ad hoc programs, with interactive elements for global viewers working in a hybrid (remote/in-person) environment. Oversee all elements of live internal events, from agenda development and themes, through the day-of execution. Oversee end-to-end event production, partnering with leadership and the technology team to ensure flawless execution. Design and execute annual high-touch leadership conferences for senior executives. Deliver events with a wow factor while managing vendors to stay within budget. Create a standard benchmark to measure the effectiveness of internal events across the enterprise and partner with other communications leads to assess and refine their events and channels. Embed robust analytics and measurement processes into event planning. Gather, analyze, and communicate relevant metrics to stakeholders to demonstrate event effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement. In partnership with Internal Digital Platform Communications colleagues and the technology team, design and create new ways of reaching employees in a hybrid environment, focused on leveraging digital assets to drive colleague engagement. Develop campaigns, messages, and other elements of a strategic communications plan, as needed.
